Planning meals is the bane of my existence. Honestly, I don’t know where the day goes and before I know it I have a toddler that wants to be fed again…. I’ll be real, I’m not great at it, but I am learning.
Now since I’m writing our meals down now, I thought I might as well share them here. I do not spend hours in the kitchen and if I can make another mums life a bit easier, then Yay! Go the sisterhood. If not, selfishly I have a record of our past meal plans for ideas down the track.
I’m not a nutritionist, I’m a mum who is learning her way through feeding a growing family and working on removing fake foods and numbers. I’m not there yet, but I’m closer than I was!
I don’t plan by the day, rather I try and do a cook up at the start of the week and then share the ideas to mix it up, because frankly, I don’t want to eat chicken if I feel like steak!

My win this week was finding a tomato sauce at Harris Farm that wasn’t packed full of preservatives. I also bought hummus, this week instead of making it. I’ve got a severe case of the holiday Lazies…. I should also note that I offer fruit at the end of each meal, the favourites this week are oranges, white peaches, bananas and blueberries.
